Distance Selling Agreement

This text is a sample agreement for general informational purposes. The order-specific agreement is generated with the party and product information during the checkout process.

1. Parties and Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered by the BUYER electronically between the SELLER and the BUYER.

2. Product and Payment

The basic characteristics of the product, the sales price (including VAT) and the payment method are specified on the order page and are finalized upon order confirmation.

3. Delivery

The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period. Shipping and delivery conditions are also regulated on the Cancellation/Return/Delivery page.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason. Exceptions are subject to legislation.
