Cancellation, Return and Delivery Conditions

1. Delivery

Your orders will be shipped to the address you specified with our contracted cargo company within the legal period after payment confirmation.

2. Withdrawal and Return

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you received the product. The product must be unused and in a resellable condition.

3. Return Process

You can submit your return request through our communication channels. For approved returns, the fee will be refunded to your payment method within the legal period.

4. Exceptions

Products produced specifically for individuals or those that cannot be returned by legislation are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
